Digital Marketing Agency Managing Director

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead the growth and development of a UAE‑based digital marketing agency. Reporting directly to the Board, you will own the agency’s strategic direction, commercial performance and operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of revenue, profitability and P&L.
• Develop and execute commercial and growth strategy aligned with Board objectives.
• Drive new business development, client acquisition and long‑term revenue generation.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain oversight of financial performance, forecasting, budgets and commercial targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience within a digital or integrated marketing agency.
• Demonstrated track record of growing an agency or comparable professional services business.
• Strong commercial background with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability and P&L.
• Established network of senior decision‑makers in the UAE/GCC marketing ecosystem.
• Hands‑on leadership style combined with strategic vision.

What we offer
