Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality & Entertainment

About the role

The client, an entertainment company, seeks a Marketing Manager with a strong luxury hospitality background to lead the brand’s growth and positioning in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a full‑stack marketing strategy across digital, social, partnerships, events, CRM and brand communications.
• Lead digital marketing activities including social media, paid advertising, email marketing and online campaigns.
• Manage brand social media strategy, content calendar and creative direction.
• Collaborate with content creators, agencies and designers to produce high‑quality branded content.
• Create campaigns for memberships, birthday parties, events, seasonal activities and special experiences.
• Establish strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, schools, residential communities and lifestyle brands.
• Oversee influencer, PR and media initiatives to boost brand visibility.
• Control marketing budgets, monitor ROI and track performance metrics such as acquisition cost and conversion rates.
• Develop customer retention programmes, loyalty initiatives and targeted CRM campaigns.
• Support commercial promotions, packages and revenue‑driving initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality, five‑star hotels/resorts, premium F&B, lifestyle brands, entertainment or leisure.
• Strong experience in the UAE market preferred.
• Proven track record managing 360‑degree marketing campaigns.
