Duty Manager - Rixos Al Mairid

About the role

Rixos Al Mairid, part of Accor, is looking for a proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. The role acts as the property representative in the absence of senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Operational oversight: supervise hotel departments during assigned shifts
• Guest relations: address and resolve guest concerns and service requests
• Coordination: liaise with department heads to ensure seamless service
• Incident management: respond to emergencies and document incidents
• Reporting: compile shift reports and share key updates with management

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar front office supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Required skills

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, guest relations and complaint-handling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
