Estimation & Engineering Lead – New Equipment (Dubai)

About the role

Lead and manage the Estimation and Engineering functions for new equipment projects, ensuring accurate, competitive, and technically compliant proposals while supporting business growth and project wins.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review quotations, tenders and cost estimates, ensuring competitive pricing and risk assessment.
• Manage engineering activities from tender stage through execution, reviewing and approving technical submissions and design solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop the Estimation and Engineering teams, handling resource planning and performance management.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to secure project wins, supporting bids, presentations and negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering (Master's advantageous).
• 10+ years of experience in the elevator, construction or engineering industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within Estimation and Engineering.
• Proven experience in tendering, technical reviews and contract evaluation.
