Estimation & Engineering Lead – New Equipment (Dubai)

About the role

Lead and manage the Estimation and Engineering functions for new equipment projects, ensuring accurate, competitive and technically compliant proposals while driving business growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and improve quotations, tenders and cost estimates, ensuring competitive pricing and risk assessment.
• Oversee engineering activities from tender stage through execution, approving technical submissions and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Lead, coach and develop the Estimation and Engineering teams, managing resources and performance.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to support major bids, customer presentations and negotiations, providing technical and commercial guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering (Master’s degree advantageous).
• 10+ years of experience in the elevator, construction or engineering industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role covering estimation and engineering.
• Proven experience in tendering, technical reviews and contract evaluation.

• Technical knowledge of elevator and vertical transportation systems.
• Cost estimation and tendering expertise.
