About the role
The Guest Service Expert Apprentice will support the delivery of memorable dining experiences for guests at our Yas Island location. This apprenticeship provides hands‑on training in food and beverage service while ensuring safety, quality, and professional presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain clean work areas and supplies, and assist with inventory handling.
- Read and verify menu information, and support guests throughout their dining experience.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
