About the role

Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for hotel guests, ensuring food and beverage service is seamless and enjoyable. The role involves setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and readiness for service.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff efficiently.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and service supplies.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times.
• Adhere to uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance, and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food and beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
