HR Recruiter – Blue‑Collar & Construction Hiring

About the role

Qiyam HR Consultancy is seeking an HR Recruiter for its Sajja office to lead end‑to‑end blue‑collar recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and maintaining recruitment documentation for construction and manpower supply positions. You will operate in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and must demonstrate strong construction recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue‑collar and construction roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle high‑volume hiring while ensuring compliance with UAE labour law and visa processes.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and external manpower suppliers to meet staffing targets.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue‑collar or construction sectors.
• Manpower supply experience is highly preferred.
• UAE recruitment experience and knowledge of UAE Labour Law are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment environment.
