Junior Mortgage Advisor

About the role

Mortgage Pro provides home financing across the UAE, giving clients clear, personalised mortgage advice, competitive rates and support from first enquiry to key handover. It is looking for a motivated Junior Mortgage Advisor to join its Abu Dhabi team, learning the UAE mortgage market from experienced consultants and building their own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries and understand each client's financial situation and goals
• Gather documents and prepare accurate, complete mortgage applications
• Explain mortgage products, terms and repayment options clearly
• Coordinate with partner banks to track applications and resolve issues
• Keep client records up to date and follow compliance procedures
• Support senior consultants and contribute to team sales targets

Required profile

• 0-2 years of experience in mortgages, banking, real estate or financial sales; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
• Able to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
