It suits someone who follows social trends, enjoys storytelling and production, and can turn pop culture and brand strategy into scroll-stopping content.

Key responsibilities

• Build content calendars, gather references and develop concepts that fit seasonal requirements and campaigns.
• Create platform-native content (simple videos, static posts and graphics) using CapCut and Canva, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor social trends and pop culture and share insights in team brainstorms and internal presentations.
• Write clean captions, hooks and short-form copy under the supervision of senior team members.
• Film lo-fi content independently by phone for Instagram Stories during event coverage, and assist on shoots where possible.
• Track basic social KPIs such as reach, engagement, saves, shares and short-form video retention, and help compile reports.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation or digital storytelling.
• Understanding of social-first platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and what drives engagement.
• Able to generate creative ideas and work on monthly content by pulling references.
• Client-facing ability to respond to client requests where appropriate.
• Organised workflow, strong attention to detail, curiosity and willingness to learn from feedback.
