Kiosk Sales Representative (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

The Kiosk Sales Representative works within a luxury retail team, selling premium scents, home and workplace aromas and high-end diffusers. The post is based in a high-traffic indoor retail setting such as a mall or department store and focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs and give personalised product recommendations.
• Present and demonstrate products, answer questions confidently, close sales, upsell and offer bundles or promotions.
• Use the POS system to process sales, refunds and exchanges; handle cash, credit and digital payments accurately; keep daily sales records for end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Keep the kiosk clean and tidy, replenish stock and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and take part in promotional campaigns.
• Provide after-sales support, explain warranty and return policies, and handle complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages and help receive and organise new deliveries.
• Work with colleagues on shift handovers and share sales feedback and trends with supervisors.

Required profile

• Previous retail or direct sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred, but not always required.
• Experience in mall or kiosk sales.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash and digital payment handling.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
