Manager, Business Insights and Excellence

About the role

Pedigri Technologies, recruited by M&P Group Holdings, is looking for a manager to establish and lead an independent group function in Dubai. The role turns reliable data, consistent processes and objective assurance into measurable improvement. It is a full-time permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Business insights and data governance: analyse service, productivity, repair performance and operational efficiency; govern master data for customers, vendors, items and partners; set data quality standards and track management actions and outcomes.
• Process excellence: own end-to-end process architecture (inbound, outbound, delivery, returns, demonstrations, engineering and repair), the SOP library, version control and training standards, and lead Lean and root cause improvement initiatives.
• Supply chain platform governance: govern WMS and supply chain platform processes and controls, chair the Change Advisory Board, maintain the systems improvement roadmap, set UAT standards and sign off major releases.
• Quality and independent assurance: set measurable quality standards, govern non-conformance and corrective/preventive action, and escalate unresolved material risks.
• HSE and facilities governance: cover warehouse, workshop and fleet operations, including dangerous goods, and oversee maintenance, utilities, security, access, site requirements, scrap/write-off and asset disposal.
• Executive governance: present performance reports and audit findings, and build and lead the Business Insights & Excellence team.

Required profile

• Master's degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience combining supply chain operations, ERP or WMS leadership, analytics and process excellence.
• Proven experience in enterprise KPI frameworks, master data governance, SOP architecture and improvement across functions.
• Experience working independently alongside senior operational leaders and communicating difficult findings.
• Data management or business analytics certification, plus internal audit, quality management, HSE or a related professional certification.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP or WMS controls, change management, segregation of duties, UAT and implementation or major upgrades.
• ERP or WMS functional leadership.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certifications are valued.
• Experience with cloud-based supply chain platforms and digital transformation is valued.
