Manager – Digital Delivery & BI

About the role

Construction data arrives late, scattered and spreadsheet bound. You will change that by creating a trusted data platform, live dashboards and AI that flags delays before they cost money.

Key responsibilities

• Build the digital roadmap for project controls, programme and commercial management.
• Run Microsoft Fabric pipelines and Power BI dashboards that executives actually use.
• Automate Primavera P6 schedule checks and progress validation.
• Deliver LLM and RAG tools across contracts, correspondence and project documents.
• Lead Power Apps and Dataverse workflows that replace manual consolidation.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage external development partners.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering with Fabric, Power BI, SQL and Python/PySpark.
• Power Platform experience: Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6/XER and project controls.
• Experience taking a governed LLM or RAG solution into production.
• Team leadership and senior stakeholder management skills.
