Manager Loyalty Optimisation

About the role

Emirates Skywards is seeking a senior commercial and analytical leader to deepen loyalty intelligence, enhance programme performance and support sustainable growth. You will shape the future of the loyalty programme by leveraging data, economics and industry insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute optimisation strategies across programme mix, top‑ and bottom‑line performance and related airline propositions.
• Analyse loyalty trends, competitive benchmarks and commercial drivers to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Partner with Finance and loyalty specialists to enhance transparency of programme contributions.
• Lead optimisation initiatives across Earn, Reward and Cash+Miles propositions for Emirates, flydubai and partner ecosystems.
• Develop and present executive‑level KPIs, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years’ experience in loyalty, commercial strategy, revenue management, pricing, analytics or related functions.
• Proven ability to translate complex data and commercial insights into senior‑management recommendations.
• Leadership experience managing teams and delivering outcomes in complex environments.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Aviation Management, Statistics or related discipline.
