Marketing Specialist FMCG

About the role

MASS POTATO CHIPS is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the growth of its FMCG brand in the United Arab Emirates. Based in Dubai, the role develops and executes marketing activity that strengthens brand awareness, supports product sales and connects with consumers across relevant channels, working with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate integrated brand and product campaigns across digital, retail and consumer-facing channels
• Support promotional calendars, product launches, packaging updates and point-of-sale materials
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights and campaign results
• Coordinate creative briefs and production with agencies, designers, media partners and suppliers
• Manage marketing content and keep brand messaging consistent
• Track campaign performance and spending, prepare reports and recommend improvements
• Work with sales and distribution teams on retailer promotions and in-market execution

Required profile

• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, preferably in FMCG, food, beverage or consumer products
• Knowledge of brand positioning, campaign planning, product promotion and retail marketing fundamentals
• Ability to brief and coordinate creative agencies, suppliers and other partners
• Strong written communication and content coordination skills with attention to brand voice
• Comfort using digital marketing channels and interpreting basic campaign analytics
• Market research skills, including competitor and consumer trend monitoring
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations and standard marketing reporting tools
• Strong organisation, project coordination, stakeholder communication and deadline management
