Medical Director (GP) – Lead Clinical Team

About the role

Keerthi Medical Center is looking for an experienced Medical Director who is also a qualified General Practitioner. The role combines hands‑on patient care with leadership of a multidisciplinary clinical team in Al Karama, Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients.
• Lead, supervise and support doctors, nurses and allied health staff.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinical governance standards.
• Develop, implement and monitor clinical policies, protocols and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Oversee patient safety, maintain high standards of care and drive patient‑satisfaction initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve operational performance.
• Mentor and guide medical and allied healthcare personnel.

Required profile

• DHA licence or eligibility as a General Practitioner.
• Minimum three years of GP experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Strong commitment to ethical, patient‑centred practice.
