Minibar Attendant

About the role

The Minibar Attendant provides essential guest‑service support in the hotel’s dining areas, ensuring that minibar items are stocked, presented and served with attention to detail. The role contributes to a memorable guest experience by coordinating with kitchen and housekeeping teams and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables and ensure minibar items are stocked and presented according to brand standards.
• Communicate guest requests and coordinate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams.
• Interact with guests, serve minibar items, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and manage inventory.
• Lift, carry, and move minibar stock items up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, adhere to company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
• Ability to stand, walk and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
