Multi-Property Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Multi-Property Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Marketing and Communication Manager in creating and executing property‑level communications for The Ritz‑Carlton Ras Al Khaimah. The role drives on‑brand messaging across traditional, digital and social channels to enhance the hotel’s image and increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing the annual marketing plan and budget, supporting operations, F&B and sales teams with promotions that generate incremental revenue.
• Work with advertising agencies on creative and media plans for tactical campaigns, especially food & beverage promotions.
• Manage social media content, engage with online reputation, and update local digital channels such as the hotel website.
• Support public relations activities, including press releases, media contracts, and coordination of photography for F&B advertising.
• Coordinate production and inventory of printed marketing collateral and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field with 2 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Strong understanding of hotel marketing, digital advertising, and social media engagement.
