Multimedia Specialist – Video, Photography & Drone

About the role

The Videographer/Multimedia Specialist will plan, capture, edit and deliver high‑quality video, photography and drone content that showcases the organisation’s brand, facilities, projects and people. The role works closely with the Team Lead, Social Media Creative and operational stakeholders to create engaging visual stories for digital and communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional video, photography and drone shoots across brand facilities, project sites, events and operational locations.
• Operate cameras, lenses, lighting, stabilisation, audio and drone equipment to capture high‑quality visual and audio content.
• Produce and edit video content for social media, internal communications, presentations and campaigns, delivering assets in required formats and aspect ratios.
• Manage media ingestion, file organisation, backups, archiving and final asset delivery.
• Ensure all filming activities comply with site access, health and safety, security and drone regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in videography, photography or multimedia production.
• Proven experience in corporate, infrastructure, construction, engineering or real‑estate environments is preferred.
• Ability to independently plan and execute shoots from briefing through final delivery.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing large volumes of digital media assets.
• Willingness to travel to project locations, facilities and events as required.

Required skills

• Professional DSLR/Mirrorless/Video camera systems and related lighting & audio equipment.
• Drone/UAV photography and videography.
• Video editing and post‑production using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
• Image editing with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom.
• Basic motion graphics, colour correction, colour grading and audio enhancement.
