About the role

Sobh Group is hiring qualified professionals for eight different positions across its construction and facilities‑management operations in Dubai. Candidates with relevant industry experience, a strong work ethic and the ability to join immediately are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction, maintenance or facilities‑management activities.
• Coordinate teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Perform technical, operational, administrative or procurement duties specific to each role.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, quality standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to support smooth project operations.

Required profile

• Relevant educational qualifications or technical training for the specific position.
• Previous experience in the same or a related field.
• Role‑specific technical knowledge and practical skills.
• Core competencies: teamwork, reliability, willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
• Immediate availability is preferred; South African nationality required for the Soft Service Team Leader role.
