About the role
We are seeking an organized, professional and proactive Office Coordinator to manage reception, daily office operations, property listings and provide administrative support for our real estate team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, welcome clients and visitors, and handle incoming calls and emails.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules and appointments for management and agents.
- Create, update and manage property listings on real estate portals, including uploading photos and details.
- Maintain CRM, property records, files and internal databases.
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, clients and service providers, and ensure office supplies are stocked.
Required profile
- Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Good command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM systems and real estate portals (preferred).
