职位概况
一汽进出口招聘备件供应与计划主管，负责中东地区备件需求预测、补货与采购跟踪、第三方仓库管理及备件进口清关与税务合规，工作地点涉及迪拜。
主要职责
- 对接中东外包备件仓库，监控WMS接口报文，校验出入库与库存数据一致性，维护集成SOP
- 负责中国采购备件的进口清关、完税价格审核及进项税抵扣资料准备，确保符合迪拜及欧盟海关税务法规
- 收集经销商备件需求，制定安全库存与补货方案，跟踪订单生产、出口发运及在途异常
- 处理经销商订单的全生命周期，包括订单审核、出库指令、错发短货及退换货处理
- 维护备件、经销商、仓库主数据，归集成本与销售台账，支持定价核算
- 监控安全库存与呆滞件，组织盘点，审批库存调整；监控KPI指标并编制运营报表
任职要求
- 供应链、物流、国际贸易等相关专业本科及以上学历
- 2-3年汽车备件行业经验，具备第三方仓库管理和备件计划与订单处理经验，有进口清关经验者优先
- 英语满足日常工作，汉语加分
- 熟练使用Excel，具备数据分析能力
- 熟悉迪拜及中东进口关税、增值税及清关单证，了解汽车备件海外贸易模式
