Operations Coordinator - UAE

About the role

The Operations Coordinator monitors daily operations, stock availability, deliveries and reconciliations, and acts as the link between the warehouse, 3PL partners and Customer Service. The role covers stock control, inbound and outbound shipments and coordination of order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock levels and inventory availability across shops and warehouses.
• Monitor 3PL deliveries, pending shipments and delivery performance.
• Prepare daily stock and operational reconciliations.
• Prepare CIPL (Commercial Invoice & Packing List) for warehouse inbound and outbound shipments.
• Handle basic shipping and logistics documentation.
• Monitor returns, damages and inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse and 3PL teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Coordinate packaging material availability and deliveries.
• Escalate operational issues and maintain daily operational reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory or Warehouse Operations.
• Hands-on experience in stock control, reconciliation, 3PL coordination, warehouse operations and deliveries.
• Good understanding of shipping documents and CIPL preparation.
• Experience with returns, damages and packaging materials is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication, follow-up, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
