Order to Cash Specialist – Credit Control

About the role

The Order to Cash (OTC) Specialist delivers high‑quality credit control services for hotels within Hilton’s UAE Centre of Excellence. The primary focus is collections, credit management and ageing control, while also supporting invoicing and payment posting when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end credit control activities, including collections, ageing management, dispute resolution and issuing statements of account.
• Prepare and present monthly credit meetings and ensure accuracy of the AR sub‑ledger and ageing reports.
• Support invoicing and payment posting during leave cover or peak periods, issuing accurate invoices and applying receipts.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and SOX requirements, supporting month‑end close and audit‑ready documentation.
• Engage with hotel teams and external customers to resolve issues, communicate collection activity and uphold Hilton’s Customer Promise.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Order to Cash, Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hotel teams and customers.

Required skills

• Experience with PMS, POS and ERP systems (e.g., PEP, OnQ/OA, Micros, Agilysys, Navision).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with PowerBI, PowerQuery and PowerAutomate.
