Passenger Service Agent (UAE National)

About the role

We are looking for a UAE national to join Ras Al Khaimah International Airport as a Passenger Service Agent. The role involves handling check‑in, boarding, baggage and ramp operations while delivering high‑quality service to all passengers, including VIPs and those with special needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet passengers, verify travel documents, issue boarding passes and guide them to the appropriate areas.
• Weigh, label and load luggage, ensuring compliance with baggage allowance and security regulations.
• Prepare charge notes, excess baggage coupons and handle cash collection where applicable.
• Maintain counter readiness, ensure systems are operational and manage stationery according to airline requirements.
• Provide accurate flight information, assist with gate changes, delays, cancellations and special assistance requests.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth passenger flow and aircraft loading/unloading.
• Perform ground handling functions such as BMA, ramp, load control and baggage reconciliation.
• Prepare reports, file documents and support the Ground Handling Supervisor as needed.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid UAE driving licence.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in airport ground handling or passenger services.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow safety and security procedures.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
