About the role

Real Fit is seeking a dedicated Personal Fitness Trainer to join its Dubai team. This full‑time, on‑site position involves designing and delivering customized fitness programs for individual and group clients, both at the gym and in clients' preferred locations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' fitness levels and health goals.
• Develop personalized workout plans for weight loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation, and performance improvement.
• Lead individual and group training sessions, ensuring correct technique and safety.
• Provide corrective exercises and ongoing motivation.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to track progress and adjust programs as needed.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer credential.
• Strong motivational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt programs to diverse fitness levels and needs.
• Sales aptitude is a plus.
• Based in Dubai with a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Fitness instruction and training expertise.
• Group and individual training experience.
