About the role
The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for studying material requisitions from various projects, sourcing ideal suppliers, negotiating optimal prices, and managing logistics to ensure timely delivery. The role also includes maintaining inventory levels according to prescribed norms.
Key responsibilities
- Review project-specific MEP material requisitions and BOQs, and prepare procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.
- Anticipate material lead times, place proactive orders, and manage supplier relationships to secure the best pricing and delivery terms.
