About the role
Penspen is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to act as Interface Coordinator for on‑shore oil and gas/petrochemical projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, overseeing FEED and EPC phases, and ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discipline engineers, planning and scheduling engineers, and coordinate interdisciplinary inputs across projects, sites, FEED and EPC stages.
- Monitor FEED contractor performance, prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and delay analyses.
- Control project budgets, oversee timesheet submissions and leave requests, and support Team Leads.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, and project support for major on‑shore Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (relevant discipline).
- Prior PMC experience and familiarity with Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
