Project Manager – Banking & IT

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive complex banking and technology initiatives for our Abu Dhabi office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of banking and IT projects, ensuring scope, schedule and budget compliance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Develop project plans, risk registers and mitigation strategies aligned with Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP methodologies.
• Oversee financial tracking, resource allocation and reporting for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 10 years overall IT experience.
• Proven experience in the banking domain.
• Strong stakeholder and budget management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects of large scale and high financial impact.

Required skills

• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certifications (preferred).
