Project Manager – Fit Out (1 Year Contract)

About the role

Transguard Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial fit‑out projects for a well‑known client based in Dubai. The role involves full lifecycle management of fit‑out initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fit‑out projects from initiation through handover, covering planning, design coordination, procurement, execution and close‑out.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, IT, Security) and external partners (contractors, consultants, suppliers) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop and track project plans, budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and objectives.
• Monitor site activities for progress, quality, safety and risk, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide regular project updates and dashboards to senior management and escalate issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial fit‑out projects in construction and real‑estate.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, regulations and project approval processes.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent planning, organisational and time‑management skills.
