Quality Assurance Specialist - Warehouse Quality

About the role

This role supports the warehouse quality management system and monitors quality performance through data collection, analysis and incident reporting. It suits candidates with a background in logistics, supply chain or operations who enjoy working with data.

Key responsibilities

• Support the establishment and maintenance of the warehouse quality management system, and help draft and update SOPs, inspection standards and performance criteria while ensuring timely documentation and data recording.
• Collect and compile daily operational data on inventory accuracy, damage and loss rates, fulfillment timeliness and customer complaints, maintain quality dashboards and flag abnormal fluctuations for the supervisor.
• Analyse routine data, prepare regular quality reports, identify anomalies and support deeper root cause investigations by senior team members.
• Take part in cross-functional problem solving to resolve operational quality issues, and monitor early-warning signals, report major incidents and help implement corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above preferred; degrees in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields are preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics or operations analysis; experience in data collection, quality reporting or lean/continuous improvement in e-commerce, 3PL or manufacturing warehouses is a plus, and recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing and outbound processes.
• Good analytical thinking with high data sensitivity; English proficiency is a plus.
