Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our construction, engineering consultancy and contracting divisions in Dubai. The role focuses on attracting technical, engineering and commercial talent while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and visa coordination.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, specialised job portals, recruitment databases, agencies and referrals for positions such as Project Managers, Engineers, QS, Estimators, Site Engineers, HSE, Draftsmen and skilled site staff.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications, technical competencies and manpower priorities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and PRO teams for visa processing and onboarding logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, engineering consultancy or real‑estate sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE recruitment market and ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced project environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
