Regional Medical Affairs Manager – Strategic Partnerships

About the role

The Regional Medical Affairs Manager – Strategic Partnerships provides scientific and medical leadership for Besins Healthcare’s strategic partnership activities and its distributor network across the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the Head of Global Medical Affairs, the role ensures evidence‑based, compliant medical support for partner markets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary Medical Affairs liaison for strategic partners and distributors, delivering scientific guidance and high‑quality external communication.
• Support the rollout of global medical strategies and product launch plans for women’s health, men’s health and specialty portfolios in multiple countries.
• Review and approve distributor materials (brochures, slide decks, digital content) to ensure scientific accuracy, balance and alignment with approved product information.
• Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Pharmacovigilance, Legal and other functions to align regional activities with corporate standards and compliance principles.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external key opinion leaders to strengthen scientific support.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree.
• Minimum 60 months (5 years) experience in Medical Affairs or related scientific roles.
• Fluent English and functional French language skills.
• Strong understanding of regional healthcare environments and regulatory requirements.
