Remote Vehicle Operator

About the role

As a Remote Vehicle Operator you will be the eyes and hands behind Moove's fleet in Dubai, monitoring live vehicle operations and providing remote assistance to ensure safe and efficient rides.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live vehicle operations and respond to remote assistance requests in real time.
• Use the remote assistance platform to support vehicles according to operational protocols.
• Resolve issues independently or escalate them promptly to the team lead and track resolution.
• Identify patterns in vehicle behaviour or system performance and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Collect, organise, and summarise remote assistance system issues and provide structured reports.
• Assist customer service specialists with user communications and support testing tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher; field of study unrestricted.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and standard digital tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic a plus.
• Calm and composed under pressure with strong situational awareness.
• Fast learner able to quickly master new systems.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence with at least 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
