About the role
Join the Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels team in Abu Dhabi as a Reservation Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations and ensuring a professional, memorable experience from booking to stay.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and online reservation requests with professionalism.
- Process reservations accurately, recording guest details, preferences, and special requests.
- Provide information on property facilities, rates, promotions, and available services.
- Recommend additional services and amenities to optimize revenue.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality reservations.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems, preferably Opera.
- Basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
