Senior HRBP Specialist, Technology & Engineering

About the role

Bybit is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support its global Technology organization, working closely with the CTO and senior tech leaders across software engineering, data, AI, and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CTO and senior technology leaders to provide strategic and hands‑on HR support.
• Develop people strategies aligned with technology priorities, engineering operating models, and talent challenges.
• Advise on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and effectiveness.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, career development, promotions, retention, and leadership development.
• Identify critical technical capabilities, talent gaps, and productivity challenges.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance issues and investigations.
• Collaborate with HR COEs and Talent Acquisition on strategic hiring, compensation, and retention.
• Leverage people analytics to improve talent quality and organizational productivity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HRBP experience, including at least 2 years supporting technology functions.
• Strong understanding of engineering structures, talent markets, and scaling challenges.
• Proven experience in organization design, workforce planning, talent and performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent stakeholder management with confidence to advise CTO‑level executives.
• Data‑driven, commercially minded, analytical, and able to work independently.
• Fluent Chinese (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
