Senior Manager – Corporate Communications

About the role

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Communications to safeguard and promote its reputation, and to build awareness of its contribution to Dubai’s growth. Reporting to the Executive Director, the role works across multiple teams, consultants and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel and design communication campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the Group’s thought‑leadership programme, including white papers, op‑eds, blogs and executive positioning material.
• Oversee creation of high‑quality content for press releases, speeches, reports and social media, ensuring consistency with branding.
• Develop and implement stakeholder communication plans and support leadership on culture‑shaping messages.
• Select, brief and manage external media agencies, set KPIs, monitor performance and handle crisis communications.
• Lead high‑profile projects such as corporate publications, financial and sustainability reports, coordinating internal and external contributors.
• Monitor media coverage, analyse communication effectiveness and present insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of corporate communications experience, preferably in the Middle East.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
• Background in communications/public relations, ideally with agency exposure.
• Knowledge of sustainability and financial communications is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and interact confidently with senior leadership.
