Senior Marketing Executive – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead integrated marketing initiatives for its iconic beachfront resort. This senior position will shape brand visibility, drive guest engagement, and support the hotel’s commercial objectives starting September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels while maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, and asset maintenance.
• Support PR, social media, and brand activation projects to boost visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate digital marketing tasks such as website updates, CRM communications, email campaigns, and loyalty programme content.
• Build and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, sponsors, and luxury brand collaborators.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience within luxury hospitality or a global luxury brand.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation and campaign management.
• Proven experience coordinating integrated campaigns and working with external agencies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.
