Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

The Senior Procurement Manager supports ongoing and upcoming procurement packages across BEYOND's commercial development portfolio. The role manages the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing while keeping alignment with project requirements and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Commercial Director, Procurement Manager and Development Team to understand project timelines, scope and budget requirements.
• Help develop the procurement strategy for each package, including long-lead items, critical path packages and early procurement needs.
• Prepare and issue detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) covering scope of work, commercial conditions, technical requirements, BOQs, drawings and other documents.
• Maintain a database of prequalified vendors and identify new suppliers and contractors as needed.
• Carry out bid evaluations, including commercial analysis, cost comparison sheets, revisions to resource plans, timelines and payment terms, and detailed Price Technical Comparisons (PTCs).
• Validate scope completeness with the technical team and recommend preferred bidders to the Development and Commercial teams.
• Follow up with contractors, consultants and suppliers on bids, clarifications and post-award documents, and liaise with Legal, Finance, Design and Project Management on contract terms and milestones.
• Support the drafting and issuance of Letters of Award and final contracts, and keep a procurement log of timelines, bidder status and risks.
• Keep procurement files complete and organised for audits and project records, and build strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural or Construction Management.
• 10 to 12 years of hands-on procurement experience with contractors or real estate developers.
