Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Senior Procurement Specialist will support the Head of Group Procurement in enhancing procurement operations, governance, and overall effectiveness across the organization and Private Office. This strategic, hands‑on role involves identifying process gaps, driving improvements, and implementing best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Identify process gaps and lead procurement improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Lead sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, tender processes and commercial negotiations to achieve value, quality and cost optimisation.
• Manage RFQs, RFPs, supplier assessments, contract reviews and procurement documentation.
• Analyse spend data, supplier performance and procurement metrics to support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, business administration, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years at senior specialist level.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial value through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Experience in FF&E, interior fit‑out, hospitality, property, yacht or similar project‑based environments is highly preferred.
