Senior Project Manager – Master Planning & Infrastructure

About the role

WSP is looking for a highly qualified Senior Project Manager to lead complex land‑development projects across the UAE. You will be responsible for steering master‑planning, transport, utilities and landscape design from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary land‑development projects, covering master planning, transport planning, roads, utilities and landscaping.
• Build and mentor cross‑functional teams, providing guidance and motivation to achieve project goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and stay within budget.
• Develop and control project budgets, monitor expenditures and allocate resources efficiently.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies and manage change to keep projects on track.
• Create work breakdown structures, schedules and monitor progress against scope and timelines.
• Implement WSP quality processes and foster a culture of quality throughout the project.
• Oversee procurement activities, manage contracts and ensure compliance with commercial and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in planning and design‑stage project management for large‑scale land‑development projects.
• Strong technical understanding of master planning, infrastructure, transport planning, landscaping and sustainability.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects from inception to completion.
• Experience working on UAE projects and familiarity with local regulations.
