Senior Social Media & Digital Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media & Digital Growth Manager to lead our social media presence and digital acquisition efforts for DECA Properties and DECA Developments in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube channels by publishing reels, stories and managing communities.
• Plan, execute and optimise Google Search, Google Display, YouTube and paid social campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, videographers, PR specialist and support staff to produce video, reel, photography and campaign assets.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of social media management experience, preferably five to seven years.
• Proven track record of growing audiences into highly engaged communities.
• Experience in UAE real‑estate, property development, exhibitions or luxury‑brand sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
• Google Ads and paid‑social campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, testing and measurement.
• Practical AI and automation tools for content workflows, audience engagement and reporting.
