About the role
Supervise and manage day‑to‑day site activities for interior fit‑out projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP works, addressing design changes and site issues in collaboration with consultants and subcontractors.
- Plan, monitor and update project schedules, allocating manpower, equipment and materials to meet project requirements efficiently.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals and technical documents, approving them before execution to ensure quality and compliance.
- Monitor site progress, safety compliance, inspections, testing, snagging and handover activities, guaranteeing adherence to specifications and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to track performance, resolve challenges and achieve successful project delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in the UAE as a Site Engineer.
- Available to join immediately.
