About the role
Envision Employment Solutions is recruiting an SLA Specialist for a partner, a leading digital bank, based in El Sheikh Zayed City. The role owns the register tracking every service-level agreement, produces the monthly vendor performance pack for leadership and follows up when a breach costs the bank money.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the SLA register and methodology, and produce the monthly service-review pack
- Track vendor SLA performance across the estate
- Lead service-credit recovery when SLAs are breached
- Run root-cause analysis on SLA breaches to understand and fix underlying issues
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in service-level management or analytics
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification
- Working proficiency in SQL
