Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist to enhance our online presence and engage audiences across multiple platforms. The role will involve creating, managing, and growing our brand’s visibility in the real‑estate sector, supporting marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and grow business presence across social media channels.
• Oversee daily monitoring, posting, and content development for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, forums, blogs, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Design and execute consumer‑focused programs to build vibrant communities and engage prospective and existing users.
• Plan, budget, and execute online campaigns supporting larger business initiatives, new season launches, and CSR activities.
• Manage paid online media campaigns, including Google Ads (search & display), Yahoo ads, YouTube ads, website PPC, email marketing, Facebook ads (sponsored stories, offers, apps), Twitter ads, and mobile/tablet app promotions.

Required profile

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Prior experience in property development or real‑estate sector is preferred.
