About the role
The role provides technical and administrative support to the chartering team, ensuring all formalities are completed and chartering activities run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in chartering activities for ships, providing administrative and technical support.
- Prepare documentation to meet requirements for ship utilization in line with standards and requirements.
- Provide technical and administrative assistance during negotiation of charter terms to ensure commercially favorable conditions.
- Prepare reports and file relevant market information, ensuring timely and professional availability.
- Maintain a database and contact details of internal and external parties.
- Receive and advise information as instructed for smooth flow of chartering activities.
Required profile
- University degree in a commercial discipline or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
