Sr Consultant, Talent Management & Development

About the role

Visa is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Talent Management & Development team in Dubai. You will drive talent planning processes, partner with business leaders, and ensure talent decisions translate into real business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning, and high‑potential identification for assigned functions.
• Analyze talent data, create dashboards and presentations to support senior stakeholder decisions on mobility and development.
• Design and facilitate leadership and professional‑skills development workshops, assessments, and learning sessions.
• Partner with PBPs and business leaders to embed talent frameworks into day‑to‑day practices and coordinate with Organizational Design teams when structural implications arise.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
• Proven experience in talent management processes such as succession planning, performance management, and high‑potential programs.
• Experience facilitating workshops for professional or leadership audiences.
• Strong partnership skills with HR and business stakeholders.

• Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for everyday work.
