Strategic Account Manager

About the role

TrendAI™ is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive sales of AI‑security products and services across major enterprise accounts in the United Arab Emirates. The role combines direct customer engagement with partnership development through resellers and global system integrators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted adviser on cybersecurity and IT initiatives.
• Identify client needs, business directions, and develop tailored solutions that align with their cybersecurity goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams—technical, regional account managers, and marketing—to shape account strategies and meet performance metrics.
• Generate and maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and relationship data in Salesforce.
• Engage C‑level executives, drive opportunity pipelines, and achieve or exceed quota targets.
• Represent TrendAI at industry conferences, trade shows, and seminars as required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of account management experience in IT or security solution companies.
• Proven track record selling to large enterprises in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Government, BFSI, or commercial markets.
• Ability to engage effectively with C‑level stakeholders and influence buying decisions.
