About the role
The Supply Supervisor assists the Department Manager in securing the supply of petroleum products to ADNOC Distribution depots across the UAE, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted delivery to customers and filling stations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and forward weekly and monthly product quantity requirements to logistics and marketing divisions.
- Coordinate daily product stock positions, request supplies from Abu Dhabi Refinery, and manage pipeline and tanker deliveries.
- Verify certificates of quantity, monitor tank‑gauging reports, and reconcile stock and movement statements.
- Prepare annual capital budget for the supply area and support leave scheduling and performance appraisals for supply assistants.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in petroleum terminal operations and product supply.
- Good knowledge of Arabic and English.
- Valid UAE driving license.
