About the role

ChillBase is an independent studio in the gaming industry working on One State, a social roleplay game. As a Support Agent you will help players with their questions and issues, report technical problems to the development team and give feedback on their experiences.

Key responsibilities

Respond to user messages, questions and issues
Assist players in resolving disputes
Track and report technical issues to the development team
Provide feedback to players on their issues

Required profile

At least 2 years of customer support experience in IT or GameDev companies
Familiarity with gaming communities and terminology
English level C1-C2

Required skills

Tools such as Zendesk and Usedesk
Task trackers such as Asana, Trello, Jira or FlowFast
